Criminal Defense
Since 2000, Metro Service Agency has been assisting in the defense of persons accused of having committed crimes.
Our Mission
Our goal is to assist those who are in need. We work hard to ensure that all who are accused receive a fair trial by investigating from every angle, making sure that any and all evidence, exculpatory and damning, are available for their defense.
The 6th Amendment in the American Constitution guarantees an individual the right to a fair, speedy, and public trial. It also enables an individual to have legal assistance, regardless of the charge, and the right to confront adverse witnesses and notice of accusations. These rights are given to all men or women under trial for any sort of wrongdoing. This establishes the “innocent until proven guilty” mantra that is present in the United States legal system.

A criminal investigation is an official effort to uncover information about a crime. There are generally three ways that a person can be brought to justice for a criminal act. First, the individual may be driven by his conscience to confess. Second, an officer of the law may catch them in the act. Third, and most common, a criminal investigation can identify the suspect, after which he may confess or be convicted by trial. It is the job of the investigator to amass the evidence that will be used to either convict the suspect or prove their innocence.
